Contest terms and conditions

These Contest terms and conditions apply to the Contest “Collect Bonus Point, complete your collection and win a SMEG 50’s Retro Style Minibar Fridge” (the “ Contest ”) organised by The Cookware Company Asia Limited, having its registered office at Unit 2002-4, 20/F, Tower 1, Enterprise Square Five, 38 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, with company number 35471949 (“ The Cookware Company”), in collaboration with the retailer NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited with registered office at 1 Joo Koon Circle, 13-01 Fairprice Hub, Singapore 629117, company number UEN: S83CS0191L  (“FairPrice”).

These Contest rules, as well as any amendments thereto, will be published in full on www,fairpricesg-smeg.de. They are available at all times on the aforementioned website, where they can be consulted, printed, and downloaded in English.

By participating in the Contest, the participant acknowledges that they have read and understood these Contest rules. Furthermore, the participant unreservedly accepts these Contest rules and all their provisions, as well as all decisions that The Cookware Company makes in connection with the Contest.

I. Conditions of participation

Anyone who is 18 years or older at the time of participation and who resides in Singapore may participate in the Contest.

The following individuals are not eligible and expressly excluded from participating in the Contest:

⮚     persons who have a direct or indirect legal link with The Cookware Company and/or FairPrice (staff members, employees, etc.), FairPrice franchisees or companies involved in the organisation or distribution of the Contest, in particular communication, advertising and marketing agencies, provided that these persons and companies are involved in some way in the organisation of the Contest;

⮚     the relatives of the aforementioned persons (ascendants, descendants, spouses, brothers and sisters) and/or other persons domiciled at the same address.

Participation in the Contest is only possible after purchasing a participating SMEG product. Participating products are those included in the Fairprice Loyalty Programme  running from April 2^nd, 2026, to June 24^th, 2026, with the exception of the SMEG Personal Blender.

Each person may participate only once per purchased product, provided the product has a unique code and is part of the Loyalty Programme.

Only consumers (not businesses) may participate in the Contest.

If a participant does not meet all eligibility requirements - even if declared a winner – they will automatically lose their right to the Prize (as defined below), without compensation due by The Cookware Company and without the possibility of appeal.

II. Course of the Contest

The Contest runs from April 2^nd, 2026, 07:00 until June 24^th, 2026, 23:59.

To validly participate in the Contest, the participant must purchase a participating SMEG product, in one of the participating FairPrice stores or online at fairprice.com.sg, that includes a unique code that can be found on the back of the leaflet accompanying the participating SMEG product (with the exception of the SMEG Personal Blender). The participant must then (i) complete the electronic entry form and answer both the Contest question and the tiebreaker question at www.fairpricesg-smeg.de (the " Website "), (ii) agree to the Contest terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and (iii) submit the entry form electronically (by clicking "send").

Each week of the Contest, one (1) winner will receive a SMEG 50's Retro Style Minibar Fridge (FAB5RBL5 (Black) or FAB5RCR5 (Cream)) with a retail value of SGD 1,798 (GST included) (the “Prize”). A total of twelve (12) SMEG 50's Retro Style Minibar Fridges will be given away, consisting of six (6) cream Minibar Fridges and six (6) black Minibar Fridges, colour upon availability and allocated at the discretion of The Cookware Company.

Participants are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information submitted. Entry forms that are incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect, not submitted electronically, or not submitted on time, will be considered invalid.

Between April 2^nd, 2026 and June 24^th, 2026, 1 (one) winner will be selected each week by The Cookware Company. Each participant may win only once during the entire Contest.

The winner will be the participant who correctly answered the Contest question the previous week. If two or more participants correctly answered the Contest question, the winner will be the participant who provided the closest correct answer to the tiebreaker question. In the tie remains, the winner will be the participant whose entry form was received first on the Website.

All weekly winners will be notified by The Cookware Company no later than the day after selection at the email address provided on the entry form. Winners must provide all information reasonably requested by The Cookware Company within three days of such request.      By participating, winners acknowledge and agree that their first name, last name, and the first four characters of their email address will be published on www.fairprice.com.sg/loyalty-programme and www,fairpricesg-smeg.de and for the purpose of announcing the contest results. If the winner provided the requested information in a timely manner, the prize will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the email within three weeks of selection.

The result of the Contest is final and binding and cannot be challenged.

III. The prize

The prize for each weekly winner is one (1) SMEG 50's Retro Style Minibar Fridge (FAB5RBL5 (Black) or FAB5RCR5 (Cream)) worth SGD 1,798 (GST included). A total of twelve (12) SMEG 50's Retro Style Minibar Fridges will be given away, consisting of six (6) cream Minibar Fridges and six (6) black Minibar Fridges, colour upon availability and allocated at the discretion of The Cookware Company.

The Prize does not include any additional products or services. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. Under no circumstances can winners claim reimbursement for such costs from FairPrice and/or The Cookware Company.

The Cookware Company reserves the right to award an alternative prize of comparable value if there are production problems or other (technical or otherwise) problems with the Prize.

IV. Control of the Contest

The Cookware Company will monitor the proper conduct of the Contest. The Cookware Company reserves the right to exclude participants from the Contest if they do not meet all Contest requirements or in the event of deception or fraud, without any compensation due by The Cookware Company. In such cases, The Cookware Company also reserves the right to request the return of any prize already awarded and to claim compensation for any damages suffered by The Cookware Company. An alternative winner will be selected only if reasonably possible.

V. Liability

Without prejudice to mandatory legal provisions, The Cookware Company and/or FairPrice can only be held liable for damage resulting from their own gross or intentional negligence, fraud, or deceit. The Cookware Company and/or FairPrice are not liable for any other errors. The Cookware Company and/or FairPrice’s liability is limited solely to direct damage and explicitly excludes any indirect damage, including but not limited to consequential damage, lost profits, lost savings, or damage suffered by third parties. The Cookware Company and/or FairPrice are not liable for damage arising from the incorrect or unlawful use of the Prize.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, The Cookware Company nor FairPrice can be held liable for:

●       failure to deliver the Prize (on time) if the winner has not completed the entry form correctly or on time;

●       shortcomings by third parties (including, but not limited to, logistics service providers);

●       spelling mistakes, other errors, and technical problems. If the Contest is disrupted by a technical incident (including, but not limited to, the (temporary) unavailability of the Website or disconnections), The Cookware Company will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such disruptions.

In any situation not covered by these Contest Rules, The Cookware Company will make every effort to resolve the matter in a fair and non-discriminatory manner.

Each participant further agrees to abide by any decision made by The Cookware Company regarding the Contest, including matters not expressly provided for in these Contest rules. All decisions of The Cookware Company are final and not subject to appeal.

Each entry must be submitted using the original unique alphanumeric code found on the leaflet insert located on a leaflet inside the product packaging. Each unique code is valid for one (1) entry only and will be void after its initial redemption. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entries involving codes that are duplicated, illegible, or obtained from sources other than an official leaflet insert.

NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited is not responsible for any unique codes that are illegible, missing, or damaged due to packaging issues.

All entries and unique codes are subject to final verification and authentication by the Organiser. NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd shall not be responsible for the verification process, the determination of winners, or the fulfillment and delivery of prizes, all of which remain the sole responsibility of the Organiser.

NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (i) makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, fitness of purpose or any other implied terms and conditions in relation to the Contest and Prize, and (ii) shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for the following: a) any additional expenses incurred by participants for taking part in the Contest or collection of the Prize; b) any consequences, including but not limited to, any claim, loss of life, injury, defect or damage, that arises out of or in connection with the Contest or use of the Prize; c) intervention by unauthorised parties during the Contest period; d) electronic or human errors in the administration of the Contest and processing of Entries; and e) any lost or unsuccessful attempts to contact and notify the winner.

The complete and binding Terms and Conditions for this Contest, including the detailed verification process and prize fulfillment policies, are hosted and maintained by the Organiser at www.fairpricesg-smeg.de. In the event of any inconsistency between these summary terms and the Organiser’s full Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. All disputes relating to the conduct of the Contest shall be dealt with solely by the Organiser. The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including the selection of winners and the interpretation of these terms and conditions) shall be final and binding on all participants.

VII. Amendment of the Contest terms and conditions and cancellation of the Contest

The Cookware Company reserves the right to amend the Contest terms and conditions or to postpone, modify, or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its control justify such action.

If any provision is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

VIII. Applicable law and disputes

These Contest terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Singapore law. Any disputes arising from these rules, including their validity, interpretation, and/or implementation, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
